Citizenship and Residency: The individual must be a citizen of Singapore or a permanent resident of Singapore.

Property Ownership: The individual must not own more than one property. If he owns more than one property, he will not be able to receive the payment.

Annual Value (AV): For the year of assessment 2023, assessable income must not exceed $34,000. The annual value of the home, as indicated on the NRIC, must not exceed $31,000 as of 31 July 2024.

Payments Dates

If not, you can still link your NRIC to your PayOut. The deadline to link your NRIC to your PayOut bank account is 25 January 2025.
