How to Apply?

To apply for the Canada Pension Plan disability benefits, follow the simple steps given below:

  • Visit the website: Visit the official website of the government of Canada. Log in to your MSCA using your ID and password. If you don’t have an account, create one by filling out the necessary information.
  • Form: Fill out the Consent for Sevice Canada to Collect Personal Information Form (ISP-2502) from and submit it to Service Canada. You can send your form through mail also or drop it off at a Service Canada office.
